HOUSE BILL 303

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 1, line 22, strike "provide service to New Mexico customers from" and insert in lieu thereof "begin operation of".

 

     2. On page 2, line 1, strike "the service" and insert in lieu thereof "such operation".

 

     3. On page 2, lines 23 and 24, remove the brackets and the line through "for the construction, development and extension" and strike the underscored language.
